August 13, 2015: Back in action

Finally back in full action after a vacation in Scotland. The skies are clear here, although seeing isn't a patch on that in Scotland. Just managed to see the big AR as it approaches the limb, but a new AR is developing on the disk (to the north east of centre). A couple of sizeable proms on the eastern limb suggest more ARs are on their way, and some sizeable filaments are scattered across the disk. Best of all, I have 31 SER files running through PIPP at the moment (prior to stacking them with AS!2).
