HITEC Mount Hub Pro - Moonlite Focuser

Hi, I recently got a Mount Hub Pro V3, and have it set up an working fine. But the focuser is now only taking 500 step to get to focus instead of its usual 2000 steps. I have tried changing settings in the ASCOM set up page but it made no difference. As far as I know the Moonlite Hi res Stepper motor is compatible with the MHP, but do I need a different lead? I have tried contacting HITEC but no joy yet.

Anyone here got any ideas?

That sounds like 4x micro-stepping to me which maybe the MHP doesn't support...

Update - I have had contact with David from Hitec, and he tells me the MHP can do single stepping. Apparently the MHP just needs a firmware update which David has available. So that should sort things out nicely.
