Maxim DL LRGB stacking

I'm new to using Maxim DL (5.18) for LRGB stacking. I have my L frames binned 1x1 and RGB 2x2 however when I use Stack to calibrate, align and combine them the L files are always re-sized down to the RGB size. Is there anyway to get Maxim DL align and combin LRGB to the size of the L files or do I have to do L & RGB steps separately and re-size myself?
