2 inch barlow lens.

Can anyone recommend a good, but not too expensive 2 inch barlow lens that I could use with my altair Quartz diagonal on my Refractor, and also maybe my 12 inch skywatcher Dob. I am wanting to utilise the Explore scientific 24 mill wide eyepiece. Cheers. Mark

I use the Revelation 2 inch ED Barlow from Tele house they look identical to the sw ones but a lot less.

Thanks for replying Jonn, fact is that I already have that same barlow lens under anouther manufacturers name but it won't fit in my Altair 2 inch dielectric diagonal. I am thinking that I might have to go for a different design , like the Celestron one.

Cheers Damian, will do. I was using my 1.25 inch barlow on Saturday night and just managed to split the double double with my 12 inch Dob telescope. Not the clearest seeing conditions. It made me think , I haven't utilised my 2 inch 24 mill for lack of a good 2 inch barlow,. Can't wait to view it in my refrac. Cheers ,,,,,.mark
