Meade DSI and K3CCDTools

I have a Meade DSI, but prefer K3CCD tools as my imaging software. Trouble is that I can't get it to work (I have the freeware version). Does only the full version of the software operate the meade?

The K3CCD tools Lite (version 1) isn't compatible with Meade DSI cameras i'm afraid.

You will have to use K3CCD tools version 3. Its a 35 day trial then the license runs out. But its well worth the cash as it is a great piece of software. I use it for autoguiding with my Meade DSI2 and it works a treat.

Thank you for that. I just sold my modified SPC900 to part fund the DSI, so was not expecting the extra $50. Plus £5 for flowers when I tell the missus :whip2:

Should be worth it in the long run, though.

I would persevere with the meade software, once you have got to grips with it, it's pretty easy and gives some very pleasing results! The good thing is, it will stack as you go, saving time at the end in registax.
