After stacking for the first time with Darks / Bias / Flats calibration images, a Master Tif file is created for each category.  Moving onto another stacking sequence using other subs from the same session, do you then use the previously created Master Tif calibration files from the first stacking process or do you have to start with the full set of calibration images again?

I would think you use the Master Tiffs to save a bit of PC time.....
