corrector plate cleaning question

Hi all:

I have some Orion Formula MC lens cleaner....just wondering if I could use this and lens cleaning tissues to clean the SCT corrector plate?

Those corrector plates are pretty robust, everyone I have seen cleaned has been by breathing on it and then using the nearest handkerchief, or loo paper.

So Orion Formula Lens cleaner sounds fine.

Hi Roger,

Not familiar with that product, when cleaning my Lx200 SCT corrector I used Baader wonder fluid. Its great for lens's. But not recommended for mirrored surfaces.
