My second attempt!

Recommended Posts

I went out again last night to try a second attempt at taking a few more pictures of Jupiter but still not very good (just waiting on my 5x Barlow lens to arrive); so I'm out again tonight giving it another go.

Simsyuk,

Nice catch of jupiter and it's moons,

Try a lower exposure, you'll get better details that way,but the moons won't shoow up. i guess 1s is too much for planets.

with saturn if i remember correctly i used 1/10 and iso 200 and jupiter is much brighter. maybe 1/200 or 1/100 ISO 100 is a good starting point and you change to the way you see it gets better for you.
