Aurora from the Yorkshire Dales

Red alert so I dropped everyhting for a 130 mile round trip up to the Dales last night - Kingsdale, near Ingleton. There from 10pm to midnight, then it started dying away.

Experimented with various length of exposure but ended up with 15 sec to try and keep some structure in the curtains, which were moving all the time. That meant wacking the iso up to 6400, more than I'd like but not too bad with the 6D. Good ol' Samyang 14mm stopped down to f4.

Some very nice aurora caught there well worth the trip.
