Great firs half of January!

Hello fellows astronomers!

This new year brought particularly clear skies in the french riviera (at least for the first half of the month) and after a disappointing December (between vacations and bad weather not much time to gaze)  I finally succeed in spotting many of my winter targets.

Spotted: M42/M43, NGC2244, NGC2264, NGC2215, M50, M37,M36, M35, M41, M45, Jupiter, the comet lovejoy and others!

I also faced some failures though... I was unable to see M1 despite I'm 100% I was looking at the correct spot (all the others stars were there).

And also the targets in Cancer... unable to point the stars to star hop.

Anyway I'm getting quite good in spotting stuff with my celestron astromaster 130 totally hand controlled (my hands).
