Alternative to tube ring sets

Hi folks

Just a tip off. A few months ago I bought some 'Hook & Loop Cinch Straps' from Benri-straps. I used 2 of them to hold my Telrad finderscope to my 8SE tube.

I have to say that the scope has been set up/taken indoors no fewer that a dozen time and the finderscope has remained spot-on every time it has been used.

Value for money product methinks.

I made something similar for my Telrad,using hooks and eyes and elastic from a Haberdashery stall.The woman that served me kept asking what it was for!
