Total Nightmare Setting Up Scope Last Night

Thought I would go & have a look @ the Comet
last night.Found Juipter through the finder
scope, but nothing in the main scope,just stars.
I then spent the next 30 mins trying to sort it
all out.The finder scope had moved way out of
alignment.Got it all working, & the dreaded clouds
piled in. Never did find the Comet, through the gap the clouds.
Should have stayed in, & watched episode 2, of Spiral.

I have nights like that. It usually happens after meticulous planning and preparing only to end up like an episode of the chuckle brothers whilst setting up..

Ha ha. I'm sure we all have nights like that! Mine started off tonight in a similar fashion - that finderscope of mine has got to go.
