Although I certainly wouldn't argue with the build quality of the ASI120M, I find the 1.25" cylindrical form of the QHY5l-IIM gives a very useful 2.2x to 3.5x with my TV x3 barlow.   I would like the 5x powermate, but think the occassions it might get used are probably limited by seeing.

I have tried the Metaguide collimation routine a few times, but have never had good enough conditions to get that final tweak, even through red and IR-PASS filters.     The laser and cheshire seem to be sufficient for my newts, though appreciate it's a very different game with SCT's and Mak's - might work nicely though with an artificial star if you can get the distance.
