Sky prodigy 130 hand controller not working

I seem to have bought a sky prodigy 130 telescope with a fault in the controller hand set.

I've seen a line on the hand set which shows    "hc trap occuredl ine 1 540

any fixes ?

Hi thanks for the reply  I looked at this but there is no outcome.

I have tried all of the suggestions on the link but still get the same line fault.

As it was last year I thought there would be further help

I have tried Celestron  and other forums but no answer.
