Windows 8 adding camera to PHD

Hi guys

just got a new laptop with Windows 8. Installed PHD ok. Installed Starlight Xpress Costar software.

When I run PHD and go to select Costar - it's not there. Can't remember what I did to get it going before!!

HELP!!!
