The same seller (which is a hacked account) has a number of premium scopes for sale, all with the same "deal".

Not to be touched with the proverbial barge pole !

Ive heard of Poundland, but that site should go as Grandland?  The rest of the page looks genuine, but "we only want a grand for this.......we won't take less"  Hmmmn?

And suddenly the page is not available/removed....

I feel sorry for the original owners of that e.bay ID. They seemed to be a reputable antique dealer that had worked hard to build up good presentation and good feedback. Something like this hapenning could be a major setback for a small business
