Need a little help configuring my auto focus routine for my 106ed!

The critical focus zone is 55 microns I believe, anyone know how many microns per step I should set to achieve good focus?

I have it currently set at 15 microns per step which gives something just under 4 steps inside the cfz

Should this be higher or lower? I was considering 11 microns/ step to even it out at 5.

Hope the question makes sense!!!
