SLR / Flattener connection question??

Recommended Posts

I am connecting a Skywatcher FR/FF to a Canon 1100D.

So one of these - http://www.firstlightoptics.com/reducersflatteners/skywatcher-85x-reducer-flattener-for-ed80.html

with one of these - http://www.firstlightoptics.com/adaptors/skywatcher-dslr-m48-ring-adapter.html

Will the spacing automatically be correct between the reducer and the camera or might I need some spacing - if some spacing is required how do I measure it and acheive it ???

Yes they are designed to provide the necessary correct backfocus without adding spacers and so on.
