Close encounter - is this for real ??

Anyone know if this is for real ??

In some places it talks about the 6th September - in others 7th September and varying UT times.

Is this for real - surely its a major event if it is correct ???

Put "asteroid 2014 rc" into Google and it certainly seems to be correct..
