APT not working and crashes with QHY5L-II mono?

Hi all

I just downloaded the latest version of APT . Whilst fiddling about I wondered whether I might be able to access my guide cam via the APT ascom interface. Instinct tells me I should be able to do this and I can certainly choose the qhy5l-ii from the APT 'ascom ccd' menu. But it just gives a black screen If I try and access its properties, APT crashes

The qhy5l-ii works fine with PHD2 (ascom), and also with EZPlanetary using the native driver. My qhy8l still works ok with APT.

Any ideas? Anyone else actually tried this? Successfully?

Oh well, I've done the re-install drivers bit and overcome the crashing. However, I still only get a black screen. It sees the camera ok and I can select and change properties - but no sign of an image! Perplexed...

Any ideas or suggestions?

Ok - sorted! Run as Administrator seems to work. Tut.
