HELP PLEASE How to process an eclipse image?

I managed to get a tiny gap in the clouds last night and took some very hasty images, I know there is more in the pics, but don't know the best way to bring it out.

Would anyone be prepared to have a go at one for me, and then let me know how to do it please.

The files are quite large so I am not sure how to get them to you.

Your help is appreciated.

Alternatively if anyone can point me to an extremel tired persons idiots guide on "how to" that would be great.

I'm far from being an expert but I'd like to have a crack at them. Are they Avi files from a webcam or jpg files from a DSLR? If they're huge could you put them on a CD and post them to me?
