No focus with my barlow

Hey guys, just got my celestron travelscope 70 and had some awesome views of the moon and also saturn tonight through the 10 and 4mm. Tried using the 3x barlow provided to get a better view of both saturn and a few stars but no luck with any lens. Couldn't get any focus at all even tried it on the moon and no luck ! What could this be ?

Did you run out of focus travel or just could not get a sharp image ?

Some other things to consider are the practical maximum magnification of the telescope ( @ 165x according to Celestron  but 2x per mm is nearer ie 140x ). Wth the 3x barlow and the 4mm eyepiece the magnification  would be 300x, which is a lot more than the practical maximum magnification of the telescope. And with the 10mm eyepiece and the barlow the magnification would be 120x compared to the 100x using the 4mm by itself.
