Used SX colour s/ware last night for both Lodestar mono e-finder and Lodestar-C on main scope [Meade 30cm f/3.4 SCT] although, unlike LL, the SX s/ware has to be closed and rebooted when swapping cameras on single laptop!  I enjoy the high colour saturartion possible of original SX s/ware

Here's some shots on planetaries west of Altair [alpha Aql] beginning with fabulous favourite NGC 6781 in 2m exp.  Lodestar images can cope with modest enlargement so that included too - does it work? What do you think?  Full data on image headers.

PNe now get smaller and ever fainter!

NGC 6804 m12.2[P] 35" diam - fine PN

NGC 6803 m12.3[P] 5.5" diam = near stellar.

Finally starlike PK46-3.1 at mag14.7 [P] and 12" diam.

Nice set of captures!

I like the zoomed view in addition to the original - especially for the PN as the majority of them are quite small. It is quite surprising how much digital zoom can be applied despite the small resolution of the camera.

I'll be soon working on the colour aspect of LL - watch this space!
