Hi,

This was taken last night_ early this morning.  A seemingly clear night with good seeing but horrid transparency resulted in a noisy image with bloated stars. The guiding was good but the stars are less than perfect due to either tracking error or a misbehaving mount that needs to be investigated. I took 12 X 900s subs but only used 9 X 900s in the stack. Captured using an Atik 428EXC, IDAS D1, Ascension 80mm triplet with a flattener @ F6. Heq5 pro with GPUSB and PHD guiding. Captured in NEB3 with High Dither and Stacked in DSS with Drizzle and full calibration frames, processed in PI and PS and resized.  As this  was my first attempt at this nebula I really had no idea how dim this little thing was. Now I have learnt. Thanks for looking.

Regards,

A.G
