ASI120MC Sensor Details

Hi Guys

My 120MC arrived yesterday, typically i havent had a chance to use it yet.

I like to have all my scope, barlows, eypiece & sensors details plugged into stellarium so i can use the reticule tool to give myself an idea in advance of framing for a shoot. I have found the sensor datasheet for the Mono version of the camera but not the Colour specs. I dont image in terms of the info Stellarium uses that they will be too different but i'd like to know.

Anyone know the sensor specs for the colour?

ZWO say the mono is the MT9M034, and the colour is the AR0130CS.

Both made by Aptina.

Physically they seem to be the same in pixel size and number and layout.

Cannot get a data sheet as you are required to log in to the Aptina site for one.

Best for comparison is:

http://www.aptina.com/products/image_sensors/ar0130cs/

http://www.aptina.com/products/image_sensors/MT9M034/

Then read the Specifications down the right hand side.

Minor differences in Master Clock and Power Consumption.

However they are basically very much  the same.

The specification text is not easy to read owing to the colours.

Interesting on the Array Resolution on the colour it is given as 1.0MP by Aptina, the ZWO ASI 120 is however marketed as a 1.2 MP camera.
