Had a spare hour tonight so I nipped out and put the Intes M603 on the mount and hand guided these with the Canon 20D at ISO200.

One in Colour and one in B/W. the last through a X2 barlow.

Peter,

I took the last one into Photoshop and lightened it up to see more of the terminator.

Half way along the terminator there is a brighter bit. Any explanations from SGL moon imagers? Tongue in cheek, could it be a volcano?

Nice! The lightened area on the last image is some sort of stray light reflection. There hasn't been any volcanic activity on the Moon in a long time, but the reflection does look a bit like something's smoking.
