Last Night's Light Bulb

Well It cleared up a little last night and i setup the scope laptop etc etc.. I was going to image M51 but alas the seeing was so BAD i didnt bother so onto M57 couldnt see it in any eyepiece's :shock: the seeing was that Bad lol.

Had everything setup so i thought i may as well do some double star's after a while i decided to image Epsilon Lyra 1A and 2A for fun. And before giving up Vega.

Well, you were lucky, James. I had cloud obscured by cloud, all under a thick layer of cloud

Still, I'm glad someone got a look last night.

It was cloudy here too, last night. The forcast is for heavy showers & looking at the satellite picture, they seem to be heading northwards to your neck of the woods!

Just as well the moon is in the way at the mo.

Yeah that Moon was a Pain in the Bum last night, there was a Thin layer of cloud last night and the moon just helped to highlight it shocking seeing..

Looks pretty awfull here all next week oh well Microscope at the ready.
