Registar or Imageplus

I would like some opinions / advice regarding the above.

I would like to use my 600D along with images taken with the Atik, i understand that Registar can rescale images to align with the Atik subs but can Imageplus do that as well as i think it came with the 600D ?

If i go the Registar route is there anything i need to be aware of.

Thank you for any help you can give.
