HELP! Issue with FLO 12V Power Cable and Scope staying in place!

They said that they're unsure of what socket is required so they're going to order 2 in and replace the full thing.  They've advised they'll do it for £58 quid so I agreed.  Was it the right thing to do?

Yes.At least you have got a working mount now.

If you  get any more trouble you can take it back.

But let your supplier know first because it will probably affect your warranty (assuming there is some remaining).

Disaster.  They're unable to fix it..... I'ce emailed FLO to see if they'll carry out the repair, actually gutted
