Saturn Discolouration help

Hi All,

Ben Here, I took a couple pics of saturn tonight, and stacked them using stacking software, then i edited the image to enhance it a bit, but i keep getting these weird 2 tone colours, can anyone help me remove these or tell me how to remove them. I took the pics using my iPhone 5C.

I think it's atmospheric dispersion , different colour ( wavength) of light being affected differently.

If you put the image into registax and select rgb align , use auto and it might sort it
