First light with az eq6 gt

what a great surprise this mount is, i did not have to throw away any subs the tracking is spot on, had a try even with the nearly full moon at M-51 and M-3.

m51 -12x240 second all 12 used iso 400 canon eos 1100d 200pds az eq6 gt in eq mode.

M-3 - 7x240 second all 7 used iso 400 canon eos 1100d 200pds az eq6 gt in eq mode.

could not take any longer subs as the moon would wash them out.

very very happy with this mount.

yes theye are guided jd sorry forgot to put that in lol guide cam is lifecam hd 3000 on my 50mm finder and havent go round to using eqmod yet just handset and phd.i did take a couple os test shots at the start and 2 mins was no problem.
