Solar Physics

While waiting for my H-a scope to arrive, I decided I wasn't happy just to observe and image the sun but I wanted to also understand more about it, I want to be able to answer questions that people may ask, I want to educate (after educating myself) people that might look through my scope.  So I decided to have a look online for some resources that I could begin with and came across the following link:

http://www.swpc.noaa.gov/Curric_7-12/

I apologise if this has been posted before but at first glance it seems to be very useful and full of information including questions and activities to take part in, basically it is a curriculum plan for Solar Physics and is written for 7-12 grade student.  However with it being a curriculum plan it is written with adults in mind, I have only glanced through it a the moment but I look forward to delving deeper and broadening my knowledge of our own star.

Thought it might be of interest to some people, and may be very basic for others.

Enjoy!
