I'm down at Peckforton on Sat night, have to work so will have limited time but your more than welcome to use it as a dark site (pretty dark apart from the odd castle light).

If the skies are clear and you want to try your scope out away from the city then give me a shout.

If anyone questions your presence, just tell em you work for me

Obviously all this will be sorted out before hand.

No worries if you can't make it etc... just thought I'd extend the offer.

Hi John & Welcome to SGL

Good to hear that you have got back into astronomy after all these years. It shouldnt take you too long to find your feet. It can get a little overwhelming at times though with there being so much to learn. Cant comment on setting up and using an EQ mount, never used one but there are plenty on helpful members on here that will help point you in the right direction........
