Synscan and daylight saving.

I use an app to get my hour angle for polar align.

I can never understand whether these things count our daylight saving.

If I use the Synscan figures, should daylight saving be on or off at the moment?

It should be off at the moment.

Select 'No' until the clocks go forward on Mother's Day. Then form then 'yes'.

I usually work off GMT for everything - I find it much easier.
