Conditions are fantastic here at the moment and will remain so for a a day or two. I am planning on heading out Tuesday, approx 40 min drive out of Newcastle. The moon will be bright but you have to make the most of things when you can and observing from within Newcastle is not an attractive option. If you would like to arrange to meet up, i.e. no undue work pressures send me a PM.
