Focal Reducer question

What's a good optical quality 0.5x Focal Reducer with an SCT thread back and front?

Why do I need one?

When I use my f/3.3 FR on my ED80, it starts to introduce some 'coma'. When I use the f/6.3 FR, I can't achieve the FOV that I want, for objects like the Rosette Nebula.

So, I'm thinking that perhaps a 0.5, might fit nicely between the 3.3 and the 6.3.

Dave I was writing a post on your Rosette Neb. And I stopped midway when I remembered your comment on the reducer not being enough to allow field coverage. I have just bought a 2" 0.5x reducer from Telescope Service. I also bought a 2" 30mm Ext. tube for it which is threaded for filters. when viewing it works at 0.75x.

It looks and feels a quality device, and anything I have bought from them has been excellent.

Pic here. :D Ron.
