Hi all

Thought I'd share a little mod that I've done on my mount.

I've always been a bit concerned about the strain and constant connection and disconnection of the 9 pin serial connector on my neq6 pro.

I now have a quick release system.

It's basically a 90 degree 9 pin serial converter to change the direction of the cabling plus a set of male and female XLR 5 pin plugs.

The plug contains the three wires from the eqdir serial connector plus the two wires from the power plug, so five in total (plus screening)

This will of course shave a few valuable seconds off my setup time :grin:
