How tight to tighten bolt on Altitude axis?

Just removed a bent altitude adjuster bolt and putting mount back together. Does anyone know the torque values for the bolt that runs through the pivot for the altitude axis?

When I adjust my EQ5 altitude (not often), I first loose the other side, then I pull the moving part up against that bolt to take the load off the lower one, then I tighten the lower one against the moving part. Not too tight.
