Section Re-shuffle - new section added

Hi all,

We have decided to have a small reshuffle/change. What was 'The Lounge' has become 'The Astro Lounge'. To be used for astro related threads only.

A brand new section has been created called 'Off Topic' and within that you'll find 'Lounge Lizard'. This has been created for all off topic threads.
