Just found this whilst looking at the RI website and whilst I've posted about it indirectly in the lounge I thought more people might be interested in this specific set of lectures.  I didn't even know it existed.  My own collection of recordings doesn't go back that far.

I've linked to them in the past too.

I remember watching them first time round.

The Viking stuff was a particular favorite of mine. Along with Voyager, it was a defining period in planetary exploration.
