heq 5 saddle

hi..what king of saddle can i buy to upgrade the top of my mount in order not to damage the dovetail of the telescope from the screws of the heq5? i tighten them a lot and i noticed scars on the dovetail...i dont want to buy an expensive one the most i concern of is to do the job right and keep the telescope very steady...thanks
