I loaded the stellarium app tonight and it seems to work well for anyone looking for tablet based star map. The android version has as far as i can see most of the functionality of the pc version including the ability to toggle night vision. Cost £1.58

Must say I prefer SkEye Pro to all the others in Android.

Best features on this is direct mode, time travel and find items

You can stick your device onto the scope and see what you are ppointing at.

I use stellarium on pc for goto, but they got some catchup work to do.

Stellarium and Stellarium Mobile are two different products. The mobile (paid for) version was written by the original creator of Stellarium, when Stellarium produce an offical mobile version it will be free.
