just wondering how i would go about tracking it with my 130p on the AZ GOTO mount? as my GOTO does not have lovejoy in its database?

Once you've aligned your mount as normal just use the direction buttons to move the mount to its location. It will carry on tracking it. The skyhound website should have the comet's exact position on the finder chart so you could go into utlilties in your synscan handset and then "show position". You can then use the direction buttons to slew the mount to where the comet is.
