Bayer for Atik 314L+ in DSS

Just curious if i need to change any of the RAW / FITS options in DSS when using my ccd ?

Mine is on Bilinear, i don't think i have changed it even when coming from using a dslr.

If the 314 is mono then there is no Bayer to worry about, the rest of the options are to do with stacking I guess.

From what I have read Bilinear is the safest option.
