Visual back adapter help

Hi all.

A fellow club member has asked me to look at his Skylux 70mm f10 refractor and "do it up" for him.

Well, it's in a sorry state alright! The optic seems fine, but the visual back adapter at the drawtube has been broken clean in half. I'm lookin for a replacement, but so far have not found anything. I attach this picture with measurements in hope that someone can say, "Oh yes, you can get that from such & such a place for about 49p..."

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

A normal 1" 1/4 diagonal is 31.7 mm so with a bit if shimming / tape maybe could slide straight in there :-) or maybe an old Barlow could be araldited in position so you could fit the diagonal to the Barlow end
