Trumpler 37 in IC1396

Took this one at the start of this month but didn't post it at the time as I wasn't all that satisfied with my processing.  Just tried it again but feel as though I have lost my way with it once more, it seems overly bright and artificial to me but it's the best I can do for now.  I would appreciate constructive comments and criticism.  Image details are on Astrobin.

Nice one. Like the colour and dust lanes in the nebula.  I have been hunting down Trumpler clusters lately, even though they are often anaemic affairs. I have not yet spotted this one (or IC1396, for that matter). They look very tough targets from your image.

Thanks Michael, it was a tough one for me to process and I still think the colour is off although the orange hue of the nebula at the top left seems plausible as Mu Cephei is just out of shot thereabouts.
