What colour is that supposed to be II

I've posted this in the beginners section so my apologies for duplication but:

... loads of stupid questions so I will kick off with: I noticed that some scopes have the ability to fit filters and that the filters come in different shades of various colours. I'm only after binoculars 10x50 or perhaps 15x70, would it be an idea to look for ones that can fit filters or is the filter thing something of a distraction?

IMHO it's not a priority. For your first binoculars, just get the best quality you can afford. All else is optional.
