Plotting light curves

I was going to plot some variable star graphs the old fashioned way with paper and pen, but thought it may be better to plot a graph on the computer. Anybody know what I could use so I can just enter the numbers and print it off? Thanks.

Excel is pretty good, and is probably already installed.......

If you take time series photos and process in AIP4WIN it'll produce a text file as output that Excel will turn into a lovely curve...
