PST or Lunt equivalent

I'm just looking at solar scopes (birthday coming up) and wondering if anyone has had any experience with the Coronado PST and 35mm Lunt ha scopes or could advise one way or the other. They're not far off price wise for the basic package. You have an extra 5mm aperture with the PST, which I have looked through and it is very impressive, but the Lunt just looks better quality on the outside to me.

There is not a great deal of difference between the two as far as performance is concerned, the big advantage of the PST is that it can reasonably easily be modified as a much larger instrument.
