Managed 7 x 10m Ha, 6 x 15m OIII, 2 x 15m and 4 x 20m SII good subs last night. These were added to the subs from the previous session then stacked in DSS and stretched in Ps. This is the result for 15 Ha, 14 OIII and 14 SII.

Here's the result of aligning in RegiStar, combining in Ps then applying Selective Colour to produce the Hubble pallette. No other processing ATM.

  • 2 weeks later...

Seems a long time since we had any clear night skies but last night we had a pretty clear few hours with odd bits of cloud before the cloud blocked the view of the Bubble. Once set up I managed to capture 6 Ha and 4 each OIII and SII. In view of the expected short imaging time and previous FWHM values of around 3-4 without binning, I decided to try binning 2x2 enabling me to shorten the capture time for each sub. Tthe forecast for Dunkeswell, the nearest MET Office weather station (about 5 miles away) showed we were due 2 or 3 hours after dark. We got a bit better than that and the main cloud came over around 2am :)

Here are stacks of 6 x 5m Ha, 4 x 10m OIII and 4 x 10m SII all binned 2x2 and stretched in Ps. Seeing and transparency were good (while it lasted).
